Sell: Selling NFT
Transfer: Sending a NFT to another address
Sell 
Click "List for sale"
Click "Sell"
Click "Enable Listing"
Confirm 2 process. ("Enabled" and "Confirm")
"List for Sale" is done.
Transfer
Click "List for sale"
Click "Transfer"
Enter another address and click "Confirm"
Confirm the process
